Design

• CMM - die cut, non-rectangular piece.
• ClearCard - rectangular mailer processed as automated flats.

Printing

• Up to 175-line screen
• Up to 4/4 plus spot colors
• Can be produced with UV clear coats, metallics and other specialty coatings
• Prepress and printing presses are calibrated to precisely reproduce your graphics
• All ShipShapes materials, inks and coatings are color controlled for repeatability from run to run

Addressing

• 3.25"x 2" space required, placed anywhere. ClearCard and MetalMail pieces: 3.375" x 2.5" space required running lengthwise.
• Inks are formulated to cure to the plastic and resist smudging, scratching and water damage.
• Use any serif True-Type. Personalized messages and images can be added to increase impact.

Materials ShipShapes does not specify what materials can be used, only that they fit within the permitted physical dimensions and weight. However, for best results we recommend the white or clear plastic we have specifically engineered to produce ShipShapes. It thrives on adverse climates and rough handling, and is designed to accept ink as well as the best paper stock. Our material is recyclable and it contains up to 35% post-industrial recycled ingredients.
